• Does an EPOS device require a landline phone connection?

  Caller ID plays a vital role on FULL EPOS. If no Landline then the clients will not be able to see who is calling. and we wont be able to save those numbers.

• On an Epos Package the clients receives a (Touch screen monitor, Caller ID & Printer) If the client has a VOIP connection why don't we bundle the VOIP Caller ID as part of the package rather than sending the normal caller ID ?

  Currently if VOIP is selected on phone line used in Zoho CRM. Client will receive a VOIP caller ID as a part of the package.
