On an Epos Package the clients receives a (Touch screen monitor, Caller ID & Printer) If the client has a VOIP connection why don't we bundle the VOIP Caller ID as part of the package rather than sending the normal caller ID ?

On an Epos Package the clients receives a (Touch screen monitor, Caller ID & Printer) If the client has a VOIP connection why don't we bundle the VOIP Caller ID as part of the package rather than sending the normal caller ID ?

Currently if  VOIP is selected on phone line used in Zoho CRM. Client will receive a VOIP caller ID as a part of the package.
