Service fee is generally updated by the client for his customerwho places orders via Native App/ Website.
A service fee at a store is an additional charge added to a customer's order total.
If a client does not have an Active Mandate, the service fee will automatically default to £0.65, which will be retained by FoodHub.
Once the client reactivates their mandate and clears any negative balance, the service fee will start going back into their Datman account.
Important Note:
Any service charges collected during the period the mandate was inactive will not be refunded to the client.
