Can Clients increase the service Charge

Yes, this option is available in our application. Users can configure variable charges either as a percentage or a flat amount, and choose whether these charges are applied on the subtotal or the total order value.

• Can we push an sale without the internet service ?

  NO. It is mandatory for the clients to have the internet connection. Without internet clients will not be able to receive orders nor process card orders. Sell our Foodhub Internet solution.

• On an Epos Package the clients receives a (Touch screen monitor, Caller ID & Printer) If the client has a VOIP connection why don't we bundle the VOIP Caller ID as part of the package rather than sending the normal caller ID ?

  Currently if VOIP is selected on phone line used in Zoho CRM. Client will receive a VOIP caller ID as a part of the package.
